In your role as a Business Analyst, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech Content & Experience practice, and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.

What you do

Digital / eCommerce domain knowledge Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions Experience in preparing Requirement documents, Use cases, user stories and product backlog Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution Written and verbal communication skills Team player Agile methodology (Scrum preferred)

Experienced in large eCommerce projects Experienced in IBM WCS or Hybris or ATG or Demandware or SFCC

What we ask for

Requirement analysis, clarifications and prepare requirement documents like Use-cases, user stories and product backlog. Supporting Business Consultant in translating business requirements to technical specifications. Supporting project manager in interactions with customer as required. Supporting Architect and Developers in improvement activities. Assist in collating ad hoc reporting. Team interactions, customer interactions and expectations management . Implementation of project processes and best practices. Adheres to policies, guidelines and procedures of Valtech and customer while development is carried out. Ensure services are delivered as per SLAs.
