Adobe Acquires Magento

On May 21, 2018, Adobe announced it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Magento Commerce, one of the leading global digital commerce platforms. By adding the Magento Commerce Cloud to the Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe will be able to deliver a single platform that serves both B2B and B2C customers globally.
