The role
As a Senior .Net Developer, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 5+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. You build robust, performant and high-quality backend solutions to support different kind of applications, by following the technical design and best practices and contribute to improve processes and code quality. You are a team player, autonomous, proactive and hands on. You are continuous improvement oriented.

Role responsibilities
- To develop, test and maintain backend solutions by following the technical design and best practices.
- To participate in technical design for new requirements.
- To participate in development conventions and standards definition.
- To deliver high quality software solutions using best practices, making them performant, maintainable and testable.
- To participate in team coaching and knowledge transfer.
- To work together with other teams in order to improve software quality at all levels (Devops, Architecture, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis).
- To participate in research and development processes, developing proof of concepts on new technologies.
- To participate in agile ceremonies (Daily meetings, Planning , Retrospective).
- To participate in user stories estimation.
- To maintain client-face communication when required.
- To participate in the code review process.
- To help lower seniorities in order to facilitate their learning curve.
Must have qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Extensive experience with .NET Core 6/8 and .NET Framework.
- Strong experience in building web-based and desktop applications.
- Experience in unit and integration testing, with some exposure to Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Skilled in building RESTful APIs using best practices and frameworks like WebAPI, WCF, or MVC.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles and common design patterns.
- Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Proficient in relational databases, especially SQL Server.
- Experience with Docker and Docker-Compose.
- Familiar with Git version control.
- Skilled in Entity Framework.
- Native Spanish speaker.
Nice to have qualifications
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as Sitecore or Episerver is a plus.
- Knowledge of Clean Code, Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
- Experience with Azure and projects following defined architecture.
- Experience with NoSQL databases (Redis, Elasticsearch).
- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
- Microservices architecture experience.
- Domain-Driven Design expertise.
- Monitoring and logging skills.
- Unit testing using xUnit.
- Intermediate English level (B1) or more.
