As a Demand Operations Specialist, you will partner closely with Client leadership, Delivery leadership, and cross-functional teams across the business to ensure demand data is accurate, consistent, and actionable. This role is less about inputting data and more about building trusted partnerships, ensuring operational alignment, and driving efficiencies across systems and processes. You will act as a connector between teams, helping transform demand data inputs into reliable insights that enable better business decisions.

Role responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve data quality across systems (Salesforce, SuiteProjects Pro, etc.), identifying and resolving inconsistencies
  • Collaborate on process improvements for how demand is captured, tracked, and reported, helping to drive efficiency and consistency across regions
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards that provide leadership with actionable insights into demand trends, utilization, and revenue forecasts
  • Proactively surface risks, gaps, and patterns in demand data to help stakeholders make timely decisions
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact between Regional Operations and client-facing teams, ensuring smooth information flow and alignment
  • Support Regional Operations leadership with analysis, recommendations, and operational insights that improve overall efficiency and forecasting accuracy
  • Act as a steward of demand governance, ensuring cross-team alignment and adherence to standards and best practices

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, workforce planning, resource management, or data governance
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and system reliability
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to spot trends and connect data insights to business needs
  • Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to work across teams with different priorities
  • Proficiency with staffing/resource management tools (Salesforce, OpenAir/SuiteProjects Pro, or similar) and Excel/PowerBI for reporting and analysis
  • Comfortable balancing detail-oriented work with higher-level operational problem-solving
  • Proactive communicator and problem-solver with experience driving process improvements

Nice to have qualifications

  • Experience in the consulting or professional services industry

If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply. At Valtech, we recognize that talent comes in many forms, and we value diverse perspectives and a willingness to learn.
