We are recruiting a Product Manager to join our team to be part of full lifecycle digital software products, from requirements analysis to product launch,

Your Responsibilities as a Product Manager:

  • Product Planning & Strategy
    • Manage the full lifecycle of digital software products, from requirements analysis to product launch, ensuring alignment with market and user needs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including development, design, marketing, and operations) to define product roadmaps and priorities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Use data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) to analyze user behaviour and product performance, optimizing features and user experience.
    • Work with data teams to ensure database design and data architecture support product functionality and long-term scalability.
  • UX Design & Research
    • Lead user journey research to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours, designing intuitive and efficient user experiences.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to participate in interface design and prototyping, ensuring product usability and aesthetics.
  • Industry Insights & Innovation
    • Track retail industry trends, identify market opportunities, and drive product innovation and differentiation.
    • Preference for candidates with retail industry experience, familiar with digital transformation needs in retail scenarios.

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Design, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of Product Manager experience, with at least 2 years focused on digital software products (SaaS or other software products).
  • Data & Database Experience: Proficient in SQL or other database query languages, with experience in database design or management, and the ability to understand and optimize data models.
  • UX Design & User Research Skills: Familiar with UX design principles, with experience in user journey research and user testing, capable of translating user needs into product features.
  • Ideally you will have experience in the retail industry (e-commerce, offline retail, or supply chain management), familiar with retail business processes and digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of driving projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English communication (verbal and written).
  • Strong strategic thinking: Ability to align product goals with business objectives and long-term development plans of the company.
  • Project management capabilities: Skilled in coordinating resources across teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Customer-centric mindset: Focus on understanding customer needs and pain points and integrating customer feedback into product iterations.
