Our first project with Discover was a redesign of their customer app, which we completely turned around by bringing tech and design teams closer together. That app’s reviews went from one star in the App Store to 4.5 stars, and the app itself went on to win multiple J.D. Power and Associated awards.

Valtech guided Discover’s transition from legacy mainframes to a modern, cloud-native platform that has enabled real-time card application processing. Customers now receive digital cards immediately upon approval. 

That’s accelerated Discover’s time to revenue up to one week and unlocked $40 million in potential revenue over four years. 

Award-winning Trident DevOps transformation

Discover

With more than 5,000 apps moving to production, Discover faced fragmented release workflows and compliance risks. Valtech built Trident, a universal DevOps pipeline that: 

  • Automates releases 
  • Standardizes testing and validation 
  • Improves application quality and uptime 
  • Enhances regulatory compliance 

Trident has driven $30 million in savings, not counting avoided compliance fines, and won Gold at the Stevie Awards for Best Technical Support Strategy.
