Leading transformation from the inside
As a VP of Product Management & Business Analysis, Fatima-Zahra's work goes far beyond traditional product roles. She focuses on understanding how organizations create value, how teams collaborate and what needs to shift for transformation to truly take hold.
I help organizations figure out not just what they want to build, but how they actually need to change to get there.
Her work often involves diagnosis of organizational challenges, designing new operating models and ensuring those changes are sustainable over time. It's a role that requires both analytical precision and deep understanding of human dynamics.
Her approach to transformation is deeply systemic. She often uses a personal analogy to explain this: wearing dental aligners. Even though only one part needed correction, the treatment required adjusting the entirety of the system because every change has a ripple effect. “You can't just fix one corner and expect everything else to follow,” Fatima-Zahra says. “Change must be thought of holistically.”
It’s a perspective she brings into her work every day, helping organizations understand that real transformation goes beyond tools or processes.
Starting with clarity
Fatima-Zahra begins her day with intention and focus. She aims to protect her morning for deep work while pushing meetings to later in the day when possible.
“I scan what happened the day before and mentally lock my priorities,” she says. “No endless to-do list, just two or three things that actually matter.”
This structure helps her stay productive in a role that naturally demands constant context switching between clients and teams.
A balance of deep work and human connection
Fatima-Zahra’s days are a dense mix of client workshops, internal collaboration and focused individual work. But what stands out more are the moments of transformation.
“The moments when something shifts, when a person across the table starts seeing their own organization differently. It’s rare, but that’s exactly why I do this job.”
Beyond client work, she contributes to internal Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and remains actively engaged in product communities such as Women in Product and Women in SaaS. She is also currently serving as president of Agile France, leading its relaunch over a two-year term.
