As the Account Manager, you are the day-to-day leader on our client’s business. You are intimately involved with the client’s business. They know the clients inside and out.

You are the client’s voice at the agency; knowing and communicating the client’s realities, expectations, and concerns at all internal meetings.

The Account Supervisor is the go-to person for cross-functional teams. They collaborate effectively with Strategy, Creative, Media, etc. Fostering positive internal relationships and ensuring everyone understands deliverables and the client’s needs, anticipating problems before they arise.

What you will do:

  • A trusted client partner, project leader extraordinaire, a client whisperer, idea champion and superb communicator, with the smarts, passion, ambition, and expertise to help us lead a multinational, billion market cap, B2B business.
  • You are the day-to-day leader on a client’s business. They are intimately involved with the client’s business. They know the clients inside and out.
  • You are the client’s voice at the agency, knowing and communicating the client’s realities, expectations, and concerns at all internal meetings.
  • You are the go-to person for cross-functional teams. They collaborate effectively with Strategy, Creative, Media, etc.
  • You can hustle, you know how to multi-task effectively and intuitively – prioritization and escalation come naturally to you. You know how to work with an absolute sense of urgency.
  • Some travel (Chicago is the headquarters of our client


What you should have:

  • 5-8 years of experience as an Account Manager over IMCs in B2B Business.
  • Has worked on a global, complex, multi-stakeholder client.
  • Has worked and is familiar with the delivery of digital assets (LinkedIn, long-form content, video production).
  • Helps to have media knowledge and background within Integrated /IMC planning.
  • Has experience working with CPG (or related) clients.
  • Superior client-facing skills, you write and communicate well and are comfortable doing so.
  • Proactive problem solver and troubleshooter. You anticipate problems before they arise and offer proactive solutions to your team.
  • Experience in the food, human nutrition, personal wellness or pet/animal industry is an additional plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, also understands Adobe CS.
