In your role as an Adobe experience manager/AEM lead developer, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech Content & Experience practice and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.
What you do
A seasoned Adobe experience manager/AEM lead developer with at least 7+ years of industry experience and the minimum since the last 6+ years with sound experience on the below spread of skills.
In your current role working on below and holds a sound command
within Core Java latest versions with strong programming experience in AEM 6.3/6.4/6.5, Sightly and custom component development.
Seasoned experience in integration with other 3rd party tools such as Sales force, hybris, payment gateways etc.
Good knowledge on HTML 5, JavaScript, JQuery, Front End Framework / Libraries such as Vue JS, Angular JS, Bootstrap etc.
Have worked in Projects using Agile Scrum methodology.
Good writing skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Good communication and organizational skills in order to engage with regional business stakeholders as well as nearshore/offshore delivery team members.
What we ask for
As an Adobe experience manager/AEM senior developer, we expect strong knowledge in Java and analyze, design and implement features in AEM 6.3 / 6.4 / 6.5 platform.
Active participation in Agile Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Status Meeting, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospection).
Actively participate in technical discussion, clarification call with Customers or Other Valtech Countries or Customer nominated agencies / vendors.
Should have knowledge of AEM Setup / Configuration, Capacity Planning, caching and performance optimization.
Diagnose and solve technical problems encountered during the development.
Handle search Engine optimization from Implementation perspective
Able to support pre-sales team in understanding / clarifying requirement, estimation, provide technical inputs.
Experience in leading a team of 4 to 6 people and Knowhow of AEM Dispatcher Setup / Configuration, SEO Best Practices, Other Adobe products such as Analytics, Target and Campaign would be an added value.
Decent collaboration skills within a project team and Customer.
