In your role as an eCommerce Functional Support, you make an impact on we have our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech Retail practice and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.
What you do
A seasoned industry expert of L2 Functional playing a support role for the last 2 years at least in an enterprise-grade project. Overall should have an industry experience of 2+ years In the retail Commerce domain. Provide functional support for an eCommerce application. Experience in working on a 24*7 support project, and willing to work on 24*7 ticket management project in shifts. Good communication skills and analysis skills. Should have basic knowledge of Unix, Java, and Oracle DB. Knowledge of scripting will be added advantage. Analytically skilled, capable to convince clients with effective communication skills.

Communicate effectively with business to clarify and provide an alternative approach. Perform root cause analysis, solution communication, and follow-up on the progress till post-delivery. Roll-out and upgrade support for countries and communicate with zones / central stakeholders on issues. Operate effectively using tools for remote collaboration.
