We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Backend Test Developer to support our team in expanding and securing the Function on Demand (FoD) functionality. The ideal candidate has experience working with various testing stages and trades and is capable of working efficiently and effectively in an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Expansion of the test concept
- Test development, test automation, test integration
- Support in test and integration activities
- Error analysis and error management
- Use of the test tool landscape for manual and automated backend-, smoke-, integration-/interface- and acceptance tests
Qualifications:
- Experience as Test Development Engineer
- Experience with Acceptance test
- Knowledge of REST API and Curl
- Experience with testing tools such as Cucumber and GAUGE
- Understanding of Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
- Experience in creating test plans, regression tests, and smoke tests
- Knowledge of Xray
- Experience in agile working methods (Scrum/Kanban)
- Knowledge in Java Backend development
- Knowledge of HTTP
- Experience with Postman or similar tools
- Knowledge of HTML/JavaScript
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Kibana
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
