What you’ll be doing in brief

At Valtech, we work with amazing brands like L’Oreal, Levi’s, AUDI and Disney and now we’re looking for a content specialist to take ownership of our stories and to bring them to life.

As an experienced content creator, you’ll be the champion of our global client case studies, creating assets that support our internal teams as well as copy that resonates with our external audiences across our external channels.

From powerful storytelling that makes our work shine on the web, to the creation of resources that support our sales and account teams internally, we are looking for someone to take total ownership of our global cases at every level.

Digging into the role

Reporting into the Global Content Director, this is a position that will immerse you right into the heart of our business. We are in a period of rapid expansion, and as our company grows, we need to ensure that our client case studies tell the very best story possible.

From interviewing our account teams, to the creation of documentation on our internal repositories and the promotion of cases on our external platforms, you’ll be working with internationally diverse teams to manage the client case study process from start to finish.

The role requires:

  • Creative copywriting experience: whilst our account and technical teams will provide you with all the details of our project work, we will need you to bring it to life in a way that appeals to our target audience. You should understand the need to focus on business results and how to create a narrative that focuses on business outcomes, not output.
  • Experience within a sales / marketing environment: we need someone who really understands the importance and value of high-quality and timely client case studies in the sales process. You will know how to join the dots between marketing and sales channels and will constantly be looking for opportunities to improve on what’s gone before.
  • An eye for design: to make our client cases sing, we need them to be in a beautifully designed format. Our brand is bold and colourful, and we will need someone with excellent creative PPT skills, to help tell these stories in a consistent (but awesome!) way.
  • A structured & organised approach: our content exists in multiple formats and repositories across the organisation and these need to be continually maintained and improved to ensure we are delivering the best possible content to our teams. We need someone who is methodical and who will be able to apply a critical eye to these repositories and processes - aways striving to make them better.
  • A strong communicator: we are looking for someone who can confidently liaise with people at all levels from across the global organisation and be a point of contact in case of content requests.
  • Confidence and initiative: there are so many opportunities to add value in this role and we need someone to is going to take initiative, apply creative thinking and to take the ownership of the projects under your control.

Your main responsibilities

You will take the lead on owning our client case study creation and promotion process – an important position that will directly impact the performance of our sales, account, and marketing teams. From managing the transfer of client case studies from the companies we acquire, to ensuring that our client cases are continuously fit for purpose.

Storytelling

  • Transforming our client work into compelling case stories that help us to drive business and enable our internal teams.

BD / Sales / M&A Support

  • Business Development: Directly support the sales and account teams and our Sales Enablement Consultant in the pitch process through the maintenance and continuous improvement of our client case study repository, ‘Case Space’.
  • Account Growth: Working with our account teams to extract the key details of our projects and client cases and to work with them to update that information across all platforms on an ongoing basis.
  • M&A: Owning the client case study elements of each acquisition process, including:
  • Re-write into the Valtech tone of voice
  • Migration of client case studies to our internal repositories
  • the migration of client case studies to our website
  • Creation of supporting PPT materials
  • Update existing Valtech PPTs to include new service offerings
