The Talent and Culture team is currently composed of 9 dynamic members and is looking for the 10th member to join the Club! If, like us, you are stimulated by challenges and growth and you wish to collaborate with us to create a unique and innovative employee experience, this position is for you!
Under the supervision of the Talent and Culture Leader, you will perform important various tasks in support of the team. Your actions are aimed at supporting HR operations and maintaining our various workspaces as well as our HRIS. More specifically, here is what your daily life will be like:
Manage Employee Files:
Manage incoming requests in the HR service desk portal and perform requested updates in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and other platforms;
Support employees and managers in cases of extended absences (disabilities, parental leave, unpaid leave, etc.);
Follow up on expiring work permits and participate in renewals;
Work with Partners, Talent and Culture in managing employee files.
Lead onboarding follow-up meetings;
Participate in publications on our best practices;
Perform administrative follow-up for the welcome and integration of our new resources.
Follow up with employees during their integration period;
Proceed with the registration of the different benefits on the web platforms;
Carry out the terminations in case of departure;
Follow up on referral bonuses to be paid.
Support to the team:
Responsible for keeping our intranet and all HR policies up to date;
Update the various HR presentations;
Support the team in the tracking of HR indicators (creation of an HR dashboard, updating of various HR metrics, etc.);
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on various common projects and daily activity;
Participate in the implementation of new HR tools;
Provide support for the management of our engagement measurement tool (keep the platform up to date, analyze feedback, make various changes);
Participate actively in Valtech's social life by proposing ideas and taking part in the organization of activities;
Participate in the CNESST committee;
Collaborate on various projects of the Talent and Culture team.
- You are fluent in French and you have a functional English level;
You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR Technician / HR Coordinator role
You have a Collegial degree in business administration or human resources;
You have experience in group insurance management;
You are very comfortable working with the Microsoft suite and have experience with an HRIS;
You are generally very comfortable with computer systems;
Your organizational skills and attention to detail are among your greatest strengths;
Customer service is a priority for you;
You have a good knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Ceridian - assets;
