Hybris / SAP Customer Experience - Architect

In your role as a Hybris - Architect, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech Digital commerce practice, and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.

What you do

Hybris B2C / B2B architecture, implementation and rollout experience
Enterprise grade implementation of Hybris including integration of internal and external apps to deliver Omni-channel experience
Hands-on in backend code of Hybris
Experienced in conducting workshops with customer team

Domain: Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, distribution

Methodology: Experienced in agile project and engineering processes, MVP

Leadership: Can perform tech leadership role at an architect level; conflict resolution; can coach & mentor the team; can proactively initiate actions.

Soft skills: Very good verbal and written communication; ability to explain a concept clearly to stakeholders of different types and levels.

Define and setup technical standards for Hybris solutions, setup tools and systems required for excelling in Hybris

Hybris Sales Support:
Assist in Hybris sales efforts: solution proposal building, estimating, planning and customer interactions
Define and refine ideas of accelerators that can provide competitive advantage to Valtech in sales process; build accelerators in MVP evolutions

Delivery responsibility and accountability:
Conceptualize, architect and design solutions for customers that meet customer business objectives, cost, timeline, quality and MVP
Lead the delivery from technology perspective and delivery
