Marketing & Communication Coordinator

You will support internal & external communications, marketing activities as well as customer and staff engagement initiatives. This position is project-oriented and dynamic, with room for growth and various opportunities to influence and improve the company’s marketing and communication.


  • Coordinate, execute and monitor internal and external marketing and communication activities.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party on content for external communication: social media, website and other related communications platforms.
  • Develop, proofread and edit company content including presentations, social media, website and all other marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative support such as updating customer data base, handle web email inquiries.
  • Provide day to support to sales team (client presentation, RFI/RFP support, revenue forecast, activities follow-up) that enable them to successfully execute sales and other operations.


  • Diploma in Marketing, Communication or a related area
  • Strong PC skills including Excel & Powerpoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • A minimum of two years’ experience is a plus
