As our newest members of the Martech team, you’ll be spearheading our efforts within Marketing Automation, and empower marketing teams around the world to help succeed reaching all their goals.
Within the Martech team, we take care of streamlining processes across marketing and sales, automate manual workflows, and set up measurement tools that generate actionable insights. We manage an ecosystem which covers our website and marketing automation, which includes our event platform and the integrations with our ad channels. The ecosystem is designed for lead conversions and talent acquisition and integrates with our CRM platform for leads and our ATS for talents. Most recently we’ve also started taking the leads on making sure we all have the same view on data making sure we have consistency in our reporting and building up a 360-degree customer view ranging from CAC to ARR.
You’ll manage the day-to-day database marketing activities of Valtech and the marketing team both globally. Your primary responsibilities include creating and deploying digital marketing campaigns with a focus on database growth and lead nurturing.
You’ll lead activities for execution of the database, including lead acquisition and pipeline development in conjunction with the marketing teams. Additional responsibilities will include the consistent evaluation of campaign effectiveness to ensure maximum efficiency across all efforts.
To be a success, you’ll need to know your way around with marketing automation platforms and preferably Marketo, but it’s not a requirement!
