In your role as a Microsoft Dynamics 365-CRM Technical Support Engineer, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech BFSI practice and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.
What you do
Provide application support in resolving and troubleshooting problems.
Provide advanced application support to effectively utilize the system infrastructure and resources.
Provide direct assistance to users in using and interpreting software tools and products.
Perform analysis of existing application protocols and software tools.
Provide and support recommendations for improved procedures and policies.
Assist and support in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
Design and develop new applications that support business growth.
Ensure compliance with all security measures in application development processes.
What we ask for
Strong in Supporting Microsft Dynamics 365 for the CRM module.
Should have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to comprehend the customer issues
Strong in MS SQL scripting and reporting.
Independent technical contributor and should be flexible to work in both development and support areas.
Create and maintain incident management requests to product group/engineering group
Good Communication skills
Collaborate with Technical Leads and escalate issues on time when appropriate.
Perform end-user training remotely as and when new features are released
Willing to work in shifts
