The opportunity
We are looking for Optimizely Consultant to join our growing global team. Numerous ongoing and new projects – ranging from enterprise content solutions, mobile apps, data services to experience driven enterprise e-commerce, user experience and marketing. Global opportunities to work with different industry verticals: retail & luxury, financial, healthcare, travel & hospitality, automotive, media & entertainment.
The Ideal Candidate
— 4+ years’ experience of .NET Software development (MVC, Web API, .NET Framework 4.5 and higher, .NET Core, SQL Server);
— 2+ years’ experience with Optimizely CMS or Optimizely Commerce.
— experience with integration of 3-rd party systems (by API, DB, etc.);
— basic knowledge about front-end development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript Frameworks and Tools, such as npm, Vue, Gulp, Webpack);
— good expertise with OOP/OOD;
— experience in writing unit tests with Nunit;
— experience with Azure DevOps and Git;
— the experience of working a Scrum team as a developer;
— skills in reviewing and debugging application issues;
— upper-intermediate spoken and written English;
— excellent communication skills;
Optional
— an Optimizely certification is a huge plus.
The Role
As an Optimizely Consultant within our organization, mastery of .NET based Optimizely CMS will be your focus.

— working closely with client in a multicultural team developing projects and giving advice on which tools, methodology and models that should be used to ensuring a high-quality final product;
— spending your day creating web user interface functionality using ASP.NET MVC and Optimizely CMS
— designing and modelling digital solutions;
— presenting ideas, technical designs and more, in client facing situations;
— developing delivery and project plans, carrying out thorough testing of the architectures you design and build.
— lead and drive the Optimizely expertise inside the company, acting as a mentor for newcomers; driving the onboarding program
As a consultant, you are expected to develop expertise both in technology and in communicating complex concepts and rationale to non-techies. We’ll encourage and support this with frequent opportunities to share ideas internally. We also have consultants frequently deliver at regional, national and global conferences
