Partner Marketing Manager

As the Partner Marketing Manager at Valtech, you’ll be our partners’ BFF when it comes to all things events, campaigns and lead generation. Valtech has hand-chosen partnerships with the leading Commerce platforms and solutions. These partners will turn to you when they want to go to market with Valtech. Our internal teams will look to you to lead efforts with one of our most critical revenue channels. If relationship building is your jam, this role will make you want to come to work each day.

  • Understand your partners’ strategic goals for the year (target verticals and product rollouts) and our joint revenue goals.
  • Keep Valtech top of mind with partners through calls and regular communications. Communicate with partners on closed deals, pipeline, upcoming marketing events, and other sales enablement updates.
  • Collaborate with North American Marketing Team to create quarterly and yearly marketing calendar with an emphasis on partner enablement and lead generation activities for North America (and occasionally EMEA). Know when to say “no” … pick and choose the activities that have proven value.
  • Be accountable for and attend partner events. Manage sponsorships and work with the team to create content (social posts, articles, videos) pre- and post-event.
  • Keep a close eye on partner channels and share partner news via Valtech channels.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Alliances Team, Technology VPs, Global Content Team) to promote partner placement.
  • Partner portals: keep the Valtech page up to date
  • Follow up on deal registrations. Make sure Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) are registered to Valtech.
  • Budget: track how much MDF (marketing development funds) are available and make sure we are using them. Provide oversight on Marketing Budget for partner events and partner campaigns.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or in a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing.
  • Experience with any partners we work with a plus
  • Comfort connecting with people and ability to do coalition building to move projects forward.
  • Strong knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
  • Strong strategic thinking.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
