The Ideal Candidate
— 5+ years experience in AEM development with strong experience in working with OSGi, Apache Sling and proficiency in Maven, HTL, etc., especially so in a transferable consultancy/agency environment;
— strong Java development skills and you thrive to actively develop your technical skills and stay up-to-date with the current programming conventions;
— experience with Dispatcher configurations and AEM Sites & Assets;
— experienced in creating tests as part of the delivery;
— Proficiency in CloudManager, Dynamic Media, AEM Headless;
— Experience and knowledge of integrating and working with Adobe Target and Analytics.
— Performing requirements elicitation and analysis, in collaboration with your team and the client: guiding customers in the balance between value and effort, and sharing cross-functional knowledge with your peers;
— Designing and implementing customer-facing Adobe solutions across the newest technologies from AEM CMS to Commerce Cloud, including exploring new technologies and components and evaluating their fit for use;
— Taking part in release management and rollout programs;
— Building key integrations with business systems like ERP, CRM, DAM and PIM/InRiver;
— Creating and prioritizing sprint backlogs;
— Optimizing internal working processes in conjunction with DevOps.
You will occupy a unique and rewarding role as both a consultant and a hands-on developer. You will shape and participate in every stage of new and ongoing projects, from discovery to final delivery, collaborating within both regional project teams and our global AEM craft circle.
As a consultant you are expected to develop expertise both in technology and in communicating complex concepts and rationale to non-techies. We’ll encourage and support this with frequent opportunities to share ideas internally. We also have consultants frequently deliver at regional, national and global conferences.
