As our new Service Delivery Manager, you are our knight in shining armour. You ensure that every platform we build continues to run smoothly and without incident. You integrate our DevOps-way of working in our customers processes and ensure that the management contracts are drawn up and persued correctly. You make every effort to ensure our platforms run smoothly and will be improved. You can never have enough colleagues like that. Which is why we are looking for a flexible and experienced service manager for one of our four locations.
What will you be doing?
As a service manager at Valtech, you are responsible for the continuity of application, website and web shop platforms. You are in the lead when it comes to incident management and proactive process management. But you also look beyond daily issues. With clients and colleagues, you conceive optimization steps: how can something be even better, even faster, even safer? Monitoring stability is your life's mission. Well, okay... your work mission, at least.
Are you thinking: “Sounds good, but how will I fill my time all day?” Well, among other things you will be responsible for the financial side of management contracts, life cycle management, intensive client contact and preparing SLAs. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting; you take part in presale processes; and you assume the role of stakeholder in projects. You do this at our office or at the client’s premises.
What do we expect from you?
- University level qualification and mindset
- At least three years’ relevant work experience in the digital world
- Experience in drafting SLAs and management contracts that are financially and operationally watertight
- Experience with e-commerce and multisite platforms.
- Knowledge of and experience with ITIL, ASL and/ or BiSL, continuous delivery and continuous integration is a plus
- Experience of working on the customer side in a digitally savvy organisation, with cloud solutions (Azure, AWS etc.), Linux environments and working with off or near-shored teams is a plus
- Good communicative and client-contact experience
- A flexible, analytical attitude and the drive to keep on going
- Danish in writing and speech is a must
