What you do
Managing clients experience for their digital commerce project as a Service Delivery Manager.
Shooting down day to day issues and executing the project smoothly.
Adapting to situations dynamically.
Investigating and resolving issues in a high-pressured environment.
Effectively communicating to respective stakeholders (written and verbal).
Multitasking as per the business criticality.
Proactive enough with a sense of business to anticipate what next.
Managing a team of 10-20 support engineers in 24/7 rotational shifts.
What we ask for
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be given the responsibility to manage one of our prestigious project and as well as client's experience.
Defining the SLA's on client engagement.
Be the primary point of contact for any issues in terms of infrastructure and applications.
Analyze the issue with the support of the team using logical workflow of the application.
Be flexible enough to support customer's critical calls beyond working hours.
Work on tools such as Run services, Service Now, Jira, Confluence etc.
Prepare reports and dashboards in respect to entire project management.
