Your future team will be made up of 11 people who are passionate about company culture, employee experience and recruitment. Your role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will actively participate in the recruitment process and will assume an advisory role with your partners, the managers and employees. You will also participate in the development and deployment of projects related to talent acquisition, employer branding and the candidate experience. Of course, you will be expected to bring your own unique touch to the team, we all have a different way of recruiting and this is what makes us strong!

  • Hiring managers are your partners, you will develop a relationship of trust with them in order to understand and prioritize their needs.

  • You will bring your touch to make the recruitment process evolve in an efficient and pleasant way, while bringing creative recruitment strategies.

  • Using the various recruiting tools at your disposal, you will identify high-potential prospects who are compatible with our culture;

  • You will maintain punctual and rigorous follow-ups with the candidates in the process, in line with our values;

  • You will conduct salary analyses in collaboration with the various stakeholders in order to create a competitive and fair recommendation.

  • You will convince the most promising and compatible candidates to join us;

  • You will conduct probationary follow-ups with new employees to ensure their integration;

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in human resources management or industrial relations, or other related experience;

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in recruitment, including 1 year in the field of technology;

  • Bilingual French/English; master-level skills in both oral and written communication (for discussions with your future colleagues and conducting interviews);

  • Self-starter; you are known for your sense of initiative;

  • You have good interpersonal skills and a keen sense of intuition;

  • Able to adapt to a constantly changing work environment;

  • You are results-oriented in terms of the firm’s operations;

  • A great asset if you are comfortable with different international work permits;
