As a consequence of considerable growth, we are expanding our internal talent attraction team and hiring recruitment specialists with extensive experience delivering IT recruitment programmes within the emerging technology market.

The role:

The Talent Attraction Specialist will be a member of the internal recruitment team at Valtech, working closely with the UK management team and senior leaders to deliver significant growth for Valtech.

This will be a hands-on operational role, working across vertical business sectors with a focus on hiring top talent from the technology & Digital Delivery markets.

You will be responsible for managing an evolving set of vacancies, adopting a direct hiring approach as part of a well-defined direct to market strategy, as well as working with and managing external suppliers when necessary.

To be successful in this role you will need to be resourceful, dedicated and have extensive knowledge of the Digital market hiring space.

Specialist skills and experience:

The skillset required to excel in this role is broad, with the right individual needing to demonstrate strong capabilities within the following areas:

  • Proven track record of recruitment in a fast-paced environment. This could be In House, RPO, Agency or Search & Selection
  • Experience in full lifecycle recruitment with ownership from role definition to post hire
  • Exceptional experience hiring scarce skills in a competitive market
  • Comprehensive knowledge of direct sourcing using all available channels, media and approaches
  • Knowledge of latest legislation relating to recruitment – IR35, GDPR etc
  • Confident and credible interviewer with a breadth of experience in a variety of industry standard interview techniques
