What you will do?
Our Insights & Experience team is looking to bolster up its ranks. This is where you come in! With your blend of statistical skill and curiosity on user behavior, you will extract and analyse data from an array of sources in order to optimize different solutions ranging from websites, eCommerce solutions, apps, booking flows, landing pages, etc.
As a Web Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for advising a number of clients on how to succeed through conversion optimization and to help plan and execute on digital business objectives in collaboration with our team. Some of your typical tasks will be:
• User insights & CRO analysis of client solutions
• Reporting and workshops with clients
• Setting up optimization tools
• Audit of tracking set-up, recommendations and testing in close collaboration with Technical Developers
• Sparring with UX, Content Consultants and Designers
The data you process creates better results for our clients - whether it is for a new website, ongoing optimization of existing solutions, advising on crucial business decisions or something entirely different.
What are we looking for?
You are our next Web Analytics Consultant if you know how to extract and analyze the right data and furthermore know how to present the insights that will optimize our clients’ solutions according to the defined business objectives.
In order to do that, we believe you need to have a data-driven mind, combined with good verbal and visual communication skills, that enables you to communicate your findings to both colleagues and clients. Creating great-looking dashboards that communicate key business and/or project performance is thereby a natural part of what you do.
If you’re the one we’re looking for, your background should look something like this
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong statistical skills in both theory and practice
• Expert user of MS Office
• Experience working with a plethora of dashboard building software packages (Klipfolio, Google Data Studio, etc.)
• Documented experience working with optimizing solutions with multiple traffic sources
• Experience with the implementation and testing of various web analytics software systems such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
• Exeperience from working with optimization tools (A/B splittest, VWO, Google Optimize, Optimizely, Hotjar, etc.)
Should you also have experience working with SEO from a technical and content perspective that would definitely be considered a plus.
