The role
As a Product Owner, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring +4 YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. You are a professional who support requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment across a fast moving team. In this role, you will help translate user needs and business and technical requirements into clear product requirements, ensuring the team stays focused on delivering value. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to maintain clarity, reduce ambiguity, and keep work flowing smoothly. This is a hands on role well suited for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable asking questions, and energized by solving problems with others.

Role responsibilities
Product Definition
- Support the creation and refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
- Help translate business needs into actionable product and technical requirements
- Assist in maintaining a clear, prioritized backlog that reflects team goals
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with cross functional collaborators to build shared understanding of requirements and priorities
- Participate in discussions, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment
- Document decisions, open questions, and follow ups to keep stakeholders informed
Delivery Support
- Help prepare sprint materials including backlog reviews, refinement notes, and sprint planning assets
- Clarify requirements during development and ensure work aligns to acceptance criteria
- Participate in or attend UAT testing and validation activities before release
Communication and Reporting
- Contribute to updates, summaries, and progress reports for internal and external audiences
- Maintain clear documentation to ensure traceability and transparency
- Surface risks or blockers early and help drive resolution
Continuous Improvement
- Foster a learning culture by experimenting with new ways of working
- Observe patterns in workflows or communication and suggest improvements
- Seek out feedback and coaching to build product ownership skills
Must have qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst
- Technical knowledge to perform database analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Being able to understand what services/layers from platforms backend would require for a feature
- Being able to read a payload
- Advanced oral and written English proficiency
- Attention to detail and comfort documenting requirements
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with ambiguity
- Openness to feedback and enthusiasm for growth
Nice to have qualifications
- Agile frameworks and terminology, such as sprints, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog creation
- Tools such as Confluence, Miro, Figma, or product analytics platforms
- Scaled Agile for PI Plannings
- Fundamentals of UX design, user research, and journey mapping
- Foundational data concepts that support product measurement and decision-making
- Basic technical literacy that enables effective communication with engineers.
