At Valtech RADON, we combine creative, strategy, craft, and media to build remarkable brands across all touchpoints. We work with some of the world’s most recognisable brands – including Pantene, Netflix, Ericsson, Husqvarna, and Nordic brands like RFSU, Halebop, and Byggmax.
We’re the second home to 50+ people spanning 10+ nationalities (and many more backgrounds, experiences, and places we've called home). Our office is in Stockholm, Sweden, but we work with brands worldwide and welcome applicants from all over the world.
The role
We’re looking for a graphic designer with strong craft, sharp visual instincts, and a genuine love for making great work. This is a creative-first role where you’ll work closely with art directors, film directors, editors, motion designers, and other creatives across Radon to shape ideas into clear, thumb-stopping visual candy.
You have a solid foundation in traditional graphic design and care deeply about the details that elevate good into great work. You’re comfortable working across formats and channels, and you enjoy being part of the creative process from early ideas through to final delivery.
AI tools are a natural part of the design landscape, and while they’re not the core of this role, you’re curious and open to using them where they add value.
In this entry-to-mid-level role you’ll play a crucial part in continuously pushing the quality of our output. You’ll challenge briefs, refine ideas, and help raise the bar for visual craft across everything we do. This is a role for someone who wants to grow, contribute, and be part of a culture that values creativity, collaboration and ambition.
What you will be doing
- Create a variety of work for campaigns and brands.
- Collaborate with the whole agency to craft groundbreaking ideas, regardless of channel
- Work with design presentations for various pitches.
- Be part of building, challenging, and expanding our brand within the field of design.
Who you are
- Have a solid portfolio of projects and at least 2 years of experience.
- A hybrid creative. You understand and are comfortable with traditional advertising channels, but don’t limit your creativity to that expression. You’re embracing new technology and are eager to take brand creativity to places and spaces it hasn’t been before.
- Experienced in using AI image and video generation tools
- Hungry. We’re looking for someone with the ambition to be a part of making V_RADON a top agency globally
- Split vision. You can work on several projects at the same time.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Great work ethic and holds no prestige.
- Driven, knowledge hungry, and fun to be around.
