The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business, design, marketing, sales, and customer success) to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including discovery (as required), validation, development, and rollout.
- Serve as the voice of the customer
- Ensure alignment between technical feasibility, business needs, and customer expectations.
- Work with the delivery team / scrum team and client stakeholders for release planning
- Owns and evolves the product roadmap
- Defines Epics and Features for scrum team to work upon
- Evaluate industry trends, competitor offerings, market shifts and platform offerings to refine product Strategy.
- Owns the communication related to the overall product roadmap and key milestones with the required stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall industry experience and 3-5 years of product management experience in delivering digital experience products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into product features and technical requirements.
- Domain experience in DXP platforms (preferrably AEM) and hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product development practices.
- Strong knowledge of Digital experience concepts like marketing, personalization, analytics, campaigning, A/B testing, etc
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Google Analytics.
- Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams.
- Experience on working with mobile apps
- Knowledge of UX principles, APIs, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with mobile app delivery (iOS/Android), PWA, or responsive design.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
