Privacy Notice 

Valtech uses your data to personalize your Google NeXT experience and coordinate concierge services with our partner, Bajouk. You can find the detailed Valtech Privacy Notice here. 

What we collect: 

ID: Name, email, mobile, and language. 

Travel: Hotel and flight details. 

Preferences: Activity choices and dietary requirements (health-related data). 

How it’s used: 

Your data is hosted in a multi‑region cloud environment, which may involve international transfers safeguarded by the applicable legal mechanisms. We share necessary details with our concierge partner (Bajouk) to arrange your hospitality. Data is stored securely in our cloud systems (Microsoft and Google) and deleted 30 days after the event.

  • No Training: Your data is not used to train or improve our general AI models. 
  • No Selling: We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. 

AI Disclosure: This bot uses AI to process your requests. It is designed for event coordination and should not be used for any other purpose.
