Valtech was awarded Site of the day by AWWWARDS after the launch last May of Normann Copenhagen new web shop.
The challenge taken up by Valtech was to take the premium offline experience of the designer’s shop online and create a unified brand experience for the consumer by combining information from social media channels, the brand site and the web shop.
Valtech created an online platform that combines a compelling design and unique technical features to run a physical store and an online shop all in one, building on the latest potentialities of behavioural targeting integrating social media. Hence, the site dynamically adjusts content based on user behaviour and uses the conversations that emerge on Normann Copenhagen’s social media profiles to determine what should be presented in the web shop. As a result, customers can flow freely between shopping, interaction and inspiration.

This project is the result of an unprecedented collaboration between Valtech, design company Normann Copenhagen, and web content management specialist, Sitecore.
