Valtech hires Daniel Askergren as Director of Growth & Business Development

As of Monday 15th November 2021, Daniel Askergren joins Valtech as Director of Growth & Business Development for Valtech Sweden. Attracted by Valtech's innovative ambitions and cross-border collaboration, Daniel Askergren becomes part of the global digital agency and adds several years of experience in leadership and a clear objective to significantly grow the business for Valtech, Sweden.
Valtech continues to grow and welcomes Daniel Askergren, a modern-day growth leader and communication strategist. Daniel has close to 20 years of consulting experience as an Advisor, Team Leader and New Business Director on both Nordic and global agency networks and comes most recently from the insurance company, IF.

Growth and Expansion
Daniel will focus on developing new business in Valtech Sweden, optimizing Valtech’s offerings together with the global teams.

Until recently, Daniel worked on the customer side for one of the leading insurance companies in the Nordics, providing valuable insights into the impact of digitalisation on businesses, working methods and culture.
“He has something very few growth leaders have. The experience of wearing two hats – client and agency-side. This has given him the unique perspective to understand what consumers want, how brands need to work and the role agencies such as Valtech need to play”, says Ulf Sidemo.
